NPD

NPD (NewsPaper Distributor) is used by over 100 Washington Post distributors and three Baltimore Sun distributors.  Newspaper distributors are independent agents of the newspaper and are responsible for the carriers who deliver the paper to subscribers, and the billing of customers for the newspaper subscription.  NPD is a full featured, user friendly Microsoft Access application that provides the distributor with carrier and route management, and customer billing and collection functions.  Customer addresses are CASS certified.  In addition to minimizing the postage costs of the distributor, CASS certification helps assure the bill is correctly addressed.   NPD Users should use the NPD eStore to obtain information for Address Updates or the Annual License Support Fee.
